SLA Pause Integrity Auditor for JSM

Read-only Forge app for auditing native Jira Service Management SLA pause integrity.

What it does

• Calculates a transparent Pause Integrity Score.
• Identifies explicit SLA pauses in unauthorized statuses.
• Flags long authorized pauses and paused SLAs at critical remaining time.
• Separates calendar off-hours from explicit SLA pauses.
• Provides project-level configuration for audited metrics, authorized pause statuses, pause-duration threshold, and optional exception JQL.

Architecture

Runs on Atlassian Forge. No Forge Remote, no external backend, no external APIs, no analytics, and no external customer-data egress. Jira/JSM access is read-only. Project configuration is stored only in Atlassian-hosted Forge storage.
