Use of the app is subject to the applicable Atlassian Marketplace licensing, billing, subscription, and end-user terms selected for the listing. Where the Atlassian Marketplace Standard EULA applies, it controls to the extent applicable.
The app provides read-only operational analysis of visible post-incident follow-up evidence in Jira/JSM. It does not replace organizational policy, professional judgment, compliance controls, or the original Jira record.
Customers remain responsible for Jira configuration, permissions, incident-management practices, operational decisions, and interpretation of findings.
The app may be updated to improve functionality, compatibility, security, or compliance with Atlassian Marketplace requirements.
Results depend on the completeness, availability, and permissions of Jira data. A detected missing-evidence pattern is evidence for review and does not by itself prove policy violation, fault, or customer impact.
Except where prohibited by applicable law or provided by controlling Marketplace terms, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of complete detection. Access may end when the subscription or license ends, the app is uninstalled, or as permitted by Marketplace terms.
