Incident Follow-Up Compliance Monitor for JSM

Read-only operational intelligence for finding resolved incidents that lack visible post-incident follow-up evidence.

What it does

The app reviews Jira/JSM work visible to the current user and identifies resolved incident issues that do not show linked or subtask follow-up evidence and do not carry common PIR, postmortem, RCA, corrective-action, or follow-up labels.

Typical workflow

  1. Install the app on Jira Cloud.
  2. Open Incident Follow-Up Compliance Monitor for JSM.
  3. Run the analysis across recent Jira/JSM work.
  4. Review resolved incidents flagged for missing follow-up evidence.
  5. Use findings to support post-incident review and operational follow-through.

Permissions

The app requests only read:jira-work. Jira calls use the current user's permissions through Forge asUser(). The app never edits Jira/JSM work.

Data handling

The app runs on Atlassian Forge, has no Forge Remote, no external backend, no configured data egress, and no persistent customer-content storage in the current release.

Limits

Results depend on issue type, status, resolution data, labels, links, subtasks, and Jira permissions. A finding indicates missing visible follow-up evidence and does not by itself prove non-compliance or operational failure.
