Privacy and security

This page covers the four products listed in our documentation index. Their inspected Forge manifests declare read:jira-work, no remotes and no external customer-data egress. Their resolvers read Jira under the current user's permissions and do not edit issues. The website does not receive issue data from those apps.

Reports are generated on demand. CSV downloads are created locally in the user's browser. The inspected code does not define persistent report storage; Atlassian platform processing and operational logging are subject to Atlassian's terms and settings.

When you contact support, the information you voluntarily send is processed to investigate and respond. Send sanitized evidence only. Contact support@quantmatrixintelligence.com for privacy requests and security@quantmatrixintelligence.com for security reports.

This website serves static documentation through Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process request metadata to operate and secure the service. This documentation implementation adds no analytics trackers or marketing cookies.
