Privacy and security — Change Failure Evidence Pack
Updated 14 October 2026. This policy describes the inspected read-only Forge architecture of Change Failure Evidence Pack, not other products.
Purpose and processing
The app reads Jira project and issue data available to the initiating user, including issue summaries, types, status, assignee presence, dates, labels, components and issue links, to assemble change-failure evidence. Results are returned to the requesting interface.
Permissions and external transfer
The current manifest requests read:jira-work, has no write scopes, no remotes and no external fetch domains. Jira requests use the initiating user. The inspected application code does not send Jira customer content to QuantMatrix infrastructure.
Retention and exports
The inspected resolver does not persist Jira content in app storage. Results are held in the interface; downloaded CSV files are controlled by the user and may contain issue data. Atlassian operates the Forge platform and its platform processing/logs are subject to Atlassian policies. Support messages voluntarily sent to QuantMatrix are used to investigate and respond; do not include credentials or unnecessary personal data.
Security and questions
Access depends on Jira permissions and the signed-in user. No certification, residency guarantee or zero-risk guarantee is implied. Contact support@quantmatrixintelligence.com for privacy/access/deletion requests related to support correspondence and security@quantmatrixintelligence.com for security reports. Requests concerning original Jira records should go to the site administrator.
