Privacy and security — Handoff Debt Analyzer for JSM

Updated 26 October 2026. The read-only Forge app processes accessible Jira project metadata, issue keys, summaries, status, assignee display names and account IDs, priorities, update dates and assignee/status changelog records to calculate handoff metrics. Requests run as the initiating user. No customer-content transmission to QuantMatrix servers, external integrations, remotes or persistent report storage is implemented in the inspected source.

Results and optional user-supplied owner/queue-to-team mappings remain in the current browser tab memory and clear on reload or project change. Team mappings are not transmitted to a separate QuantMatrix service or stored persistently. Results are returned to the browser; exported CSV files are controlled by the user. Atlassian operates Forge processing and platform logs under its policies. This page does not imply certification, a residency guarantee or zero risk.

This static documentation site is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process request metadata to operate and secure the website. This implementation adds no analytics trackers or marketing cookies.
